  I must say that the Lexington Lowes' staff have been incredibly good with their customer service. I'm typically wary of big box stores and figure customer service will not be their strong point, yet this store's customer service has typically been excellent there which I'm very thankful for! From helping find items to having a problem with an order, they've usually been quite good of always doing the right thing as well as being friendly and helpful!

  Worst Lowes I ever been to. Bought a gfci receptacle, got the wrong size and they refused to exchange or refund w/o a receipt. For a 20.00 receptacle. I had returned items in the past and it wouldn't accept my license. Being a do it myself guy, I get the wrong stuff from time to time. It happens. You'd think a home improvement store would understand. No matter. As of today not only will my license not be accepted, my cash won't be offered. No wonder the pros I know swear by Home Depot. Now I do too
